DO NOT go to this Applebees. My wife and I just walked out without even having a chance to order drinks. We waited well over... forty five minutes after being seated without a server even coming to our booth, serving another booth that showed up fifteenminutes after us, and walking right past us without so much as making eye contact with either of us. The place was pretty dirtyand I heard another gentleman ask for a new batch of silverware because his had gunk on it. Would not go back under anycircumstances. Read more

So, I want to say that all of the staff was very kind. Waiters and management were really nice. Problem is that three of our... orders were mixed up. Our appetizer never came out. Food was cold and I found a fly in my salad ????. The mistakes were notcharged and obviously my salad was taken off the bill. Worst service ever. I have eaten in other Applebee's location and never have I given a negative feedback on one until now. The... waitress a white thin girl, glasses and hair back was awful taking the order and getting it right. I had to repeat 4 timessprite no ice because she didn't get it. My son orders the garlic chicken wings appetizers she brings barbecue wings which Iknow we didn't order because he's allergic to BBQ sauce. We tell her she takes the plate back and makes this big sigh sound thatwas heard in the whole place like it's our fault. She brings out our plates a leaves doesn't ask if I wanted ketchup for myfries, steak sauce nothing. After waiting about 5-7 minutes I signal her and requested it. About another 5 minutes later shefinally comes with it. When we're done she just gives us the check doesn't ask if we want anything else or dessert which wewanted and just leaves. 10 minutes later is when she takes my card and comes back with my receipt. If the place had been full Iwould understand but it was only us and and 1 other couple in the whole place. I guess since it was almost 9pm on a Sunday shewanted to leave. The food was pretty good the service was absolutely awful. Been in here three different times hoping for a better result. Last... time we went in there was barely anyone in there and they told us we needed to wait 25 minutes just to get a seat. The previoustime we went we probably waited 20 minutes after we were seated for anyone to recognize us. Seems to be a bad problem with thislocation also. You can go up to Woodbridge and get better service you can go down to Fredericksburg get better service. This oneis just downright horrible Read more
We actually stopped here twice on our trip. Applebee's is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is a good value and tasty.... This location fit perfectly into our schedule and is easy off and on off I95. Read more

The server was great Domique Brown she was super sweet and very kind the food however was COLD when it was brought out to us by... Asia the manager. How can a manager bring out cold food?!? They did take our food off the bill and the only reason we evenstayed for a replacement meal was due to our server. Domique needs a pay raise or a promotion or something from the company tocompensate her ability to keep customers in the store. Read more
