They tall dark skin man who takes orders is very rude. Oh but he was nice to the white woman. He left me at the register as he... walked off with an attitude. Rude as hell. Claiming to be America's Best Wings is a dangerous thing. It really sets the bar high. I must say that the atmosphere in this... location wasn't the best but it was easy to get to and the staff were friendly. Seating was well spaced out and very easy tomaintain social distancing. It also had a large selection of food options (not just wings). They were quick and it smelledamazing. To bad it didn't live up to the hype. The wings weren't bad just not the best in the area let alone America's best! TheOld Bay Dry Rubbed bone in wings were dry...like overcooked dry. The teriyaki basted were good as were the honey lemon garlicbone in wings. The dipping sauce comes at an additional cost and the carrots/celery were sparce and not even edible. Rubbery andtasteless (ended up tossing those out). We've been here three times and the first two times were just okay but this last time was not good at all. We ordered for pickup... and made the mistake of not checking our food before we left. When we were home we found that the fried butterfly shrimp wereover cooked to the point of being bitter and dry and our wings were very dry. The sauces are always exceptional but even theycouldn't save the meal. Very disappointed and probably won't be back. Better wings out there for the price. Read more

I went here at noon the guy working there was outside on his phone talking. I walked right pass him I figured maybe someone else... was working there but I don't think that there was. He remained on his phone as I place my order and as he went back to make myorder. I did not see him wash his hands I told him that the soda was flat and the lemonade was watery he checked it (barely)then said it's all fine (but he didn't taste the carbonation it was off). He said the lemonade was watery because that's howthey made it. Then when I received my order he messed it up because he wasn't paying attention he was on his phone it was veryunhappy with the service I got and the food. Even when I got back out of my car and told him the order was made wrong he wasstill on his phone and said now what's wrong. I told him that he had made the order wrong he said 10 more minutes and he can fixit. Again he was still on his phone though I come back and I realized that he gave me the same fries and just redid thesandwich.. do better America's best because that is unacceptable Read more
