Honestly, this place has been getting really lazy and take forever!! THEY ALWAYS TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME! I waited about 15-20... min for my order! There lazy and don?t speak up when they ask for your order. [inside] they do not have barely any drinks. Atthe drink machine that it?s ridiculous and sad. The tables are barely even cleaned off.. The last time I went there, I sawcrumbs on most of the tables.. and they do not properly wipe them down I have been going here for quite a while, and theservice is just getting more down hill.. Food was cold this morning? this food doesn?t come from your pockets toss it if it?s cold why serve it to someone that is paying... for the food.. To many businesses do it on a daily basis!!! If you didn?t make so much at once this would not happen as much.The issue I have is you have to touch the packaging the food is in so you know it?s cold before you put it in the bag!!! Good courteous service by the cashier she even advised about a meal for the 3 children. The only thing that displeased me was... the loud conservation and when I placed a second order it took a long time because everyone was talking and at the drive thruwindow having conversation while myself and another customer were watching and waiting. The manager needs to do better. This incident was posted in my neighborhood app and I am absolutely disgusted in the managers... behavior!!! DO BETTER DORA!!!!! "I am sad about having to write this type of review. I visited this location (2 p.m.) with mydisabled son today because he loves Wendy?s. I frequently take him to various locations as he loves their food and the serviceis usually excellent. He can only use his left hand because he is paralyzed on the left side. When accessing the drive-inwindow, I always request that his sandwich be cut in half, and the request is always honored. Today, the lady at the windowstated her manager says that she will not do this. When I got to the window, I inquired about this minor request. The manager,named Dora, told the window staff, ? give him a knife, and he can do it himself,? and walked away. As a healthcare executiveworking in a service industry, I would never tolerate this attitude for a leader. I requested the return of my money, wentaround the corner, and a different fast food service chain served my son. Hopefully, this location can get some sensitivitytraining in servicing customers with disabilities." Read more

Tried there new sausage egg and cheese biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuit.. both are delicious ???? and are only a $1.... Very much worth it. Read more

I love the service at this location and the employees especially "Hunter Johnson". He's always so nice & friendly with us. He... always makes sure to offers the best quality and service! You do not find many helpful/friendly employees these days especiallyat fast food restaurants. I highly recommend this place; just exceptional. Best Wendy's in Houston hands down.. Read more

They received 1 star for poor service by counter person. Possibly the most unfriendly employee I have seen at a business. Some... where a manager isn't doing there job. Food was good. Been here many times but would think twice about returning. Update . Ifinally returned after a long time due to the poor last visit. Service much better. Read more
