I recently picked up a pork banh mi with a fried egg for my lunch. I have to say, this is probably the most delicious banh mi... I've had in Houston. The house made pate is fantastic and the flavors all synced very well! I do wish I got more pork in mysandwich, but it was still quite a filling meal. LOVEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACEEE YEEEEEE HAAWWWWWW. I used to go to lee's, bread is fresh, they use different meat than lee's but who... the hell cares. They care about quality than cutting cost. The cashier was awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and cared aboutcustomer service. I forgot to tip him cuz i was in a hurry but i will next time. Best banh mi I have ever had hands down. I got the classic beef with kimchi, egg rolls, and a Hawaiian sunset and it was all... amazing! Everyone was so flavorful but not overpowering. Was craving a banh mi and decided to try this spot out. My normal spot is just down the street but I decided to check this one... out since I always drive by it. I definitely did not regret the decision as the banh mi here was amazing and delicious and willprobably be my new go to spot for work. The price is a little higher but it is worth the extra cost. I had the pork bellysandwich (TKO) and it was filled with flavor. The Vietnamese coffee had the right amount of balance of sweetness and coffee. Read more
I'm keto and they can do their banh mi protein style without the bread! Would be cool if they replaced the baguette with a fried... egg though ???? I came home and was able to make 2+ tacos with HEB's keto tortillas. Read more
The tofu sandwich was really good! The biggest (and only) complaint I have is that it?s so messy to eat. It was super flavorful... and I loved the Mayo and the veggies. I go here every week and I have never been disappointed. The food is great. The drinks are great. And the owner is just a... genuine nice guy.
