I recently picked up a pork banh mi with a fried egg for my lunch. I have to say, this is probably the most delicious banh mi... I've had in Houston. The house made pate is fantastic and the flavors all synced very well! I do wish I got more pork in mysandwich, but it was still quite a filling meal. Best banh mi I have ever had hands down. I got the classic beef with kimchi, egg rolls, and a Hawaiian sunset and it was all... amazing! Everyone was so flavorful but not overpowering.
