I went to this place to order a smoothie. Stood there for several mins. There were 4 employees who were working, none said a... word and no one seems to care to take order. I felt like I'm invisible to them. After 10 mins I left. Very unappreciatedbehavior from those employees. Management should fire them. And if management were among those 4 employees, she needs to learnhow to serve people. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE! Came here today and my coworker found a fly on her flatbread wrap. We usually get smoothies and occasional... lunch here but today we were very disappointed by the manager?s reaction to this. He did not want to refund her money, he triedto blame her for it and said it flew in there when we were sitting down. It was all dead and smooshed into the lettuce. Eitherway no matter what happened, we were sitting there eating and found a fly in her food. When I say we will never be back and itis not because of the fly it is because of him. He never apologized, and I had to tell him at least pay back half of the orderfor her food. Don?t go here, I can imagine how dirty and cheap he is with old fruit and milk for the smoothies, makes my skincrawl. Read more
I've never written a review in my life, but I had to do this one. I realized today that no customer service at all might be... worse than receiving bad customer service. I walk in this location once a week to pick up a drink for my lunch break &absolutely no one greets me or acknowledges the fact that I walked in. I will just stop going simply because I enjoy greatcustomer service. Read more
Do not bother to purchase from their food menu. Smoothies appear to be worth what you pay but not the breakfast wraps or flat... breads . It is not worth your money. Also they do not prepare them according to menu and they do not offer refunds. Do not spendyour money here the amount of food given is not worth it. Read more
Best place for smoothies. Love this location. All the people are nice and courteous. It's super busy so expect a short wait but... they always get my order right. I have eaten here every day for the past week going on two. I have ordered different things onthe menu everyday and everything is good good. I still have choices that I haven't tried yet my current favorite is mochamadness. It's a coffee blend smoothie. I absolutely love the hospitality here. Great service. I have been here numerous times and I usually go through the drive thru but today for the very first time I went inside to... redeem my coupon for a free smoothie. There were four workers no one greeted me or even looked my way, so I had to speak and letthe young lady know what I wanted. She just didn't seem like she wanted to be there told me to wait to scan my coupon and thatwas it. I waited maybe 3 mins for my smoothie and that was it no thank you a smile or anything. Customer service sucks bigtime! They have great smoothies in nice big size 24 oz cups and great flatbreads as well. Just wasn't fund of the customerservice, I will just continue to go through the drive thru for now on because I love their deals, smoothies, flatbreads andconvenient location near my home! Read more
i order from here 5/6 days a week usually i am impressed & i order the same thing everyday & every time im here. i ordered the... santa fe chicken & i had carrots on the inside, the quesadilla wasnt folded evenly, nor was the quesadilla cut correctly onlythe top portion was cut. i am so disappointed & makes me not want to order again. If you like being treated like absolute garbage, ignored, and served awful food come here! The night shift employees are the... worst! On many occasions I would come through the drive thru and see the same employee sitting at the window on her phoneinstead of taking my order! Why is it taking more than 15 mins for a simple sandwich? Finally, they can?t seem to make thefood/smoothies correctly, the last three times I?ve been there I?ve gotten cold chicken and flavorless smoothies!
