I always order with the mobile app, and show up about ten minutes later. If I order a baked good, it's never ready. I have to... stand in line and ask about it to get someone to bag it. So I just started ordering only drinks. Yesterday, I mobile-ordered,and drove over. There was no one at the counter, two cars in the drive-thru, and at least three employees. My drink wasn'tready, but I watched two groups come in, order, and get their food. After they left I went to see what the problem was. Itturned out they just didn't bother to make my order, the sticker was just stuck to a shelf and forgotten. Not going to botherwith this location again. Read more
This review is long overdue and I wanted to take the time to recognize 2 specific employees (twin sisters) at this location who... make the trip to Starbucks each morning delightful. They are polite, courteous and efficient. Their personality shine throughand their attention to detail helps the drive thru line move like a breeze. Always greeted with enthusiasm, she always get myorder on point even before I can complete my sentence. They know how to make a customer smile and which helps my morning startoff on a lighter note - Thank you for your awesomeness! Read more
Mobile ordered today only for the inside to be closed and the line was like 10 cars long. I called inside and she said we?re... keeping the mobile order on for people who don?t mind waiting?. Most people mobile order so I don?t have to wait when I getthere. Being short staff is perfectly fine but something needs to be done because if I mobile order a drink I don?t have time towait in like for 30+ minutes. Read more
I?m a long time customer - more than 15 years - but this is just ridiculous! The location is a disgrace to the Starbucks... company. I brought my kids to have a fun evening and get some drinks. I?ve asked for 5 drinks and got 4. The cashier told usthat we asked for 4 drinks. Come on! Why should I ask for 4 drinks! She was literally lying! and the funny thing is she impliedthat I was the one lying - in front of my kids(!). Absolutely disgusting. I?ve called the Corporate office and explainedeverything. If you don?t know how to deal with a customer, your corp. office will teach you know. This experience won?t changemy routine though, I?ll go to this location and get my coffee and cake pops to my kids as usual and if I encounter this rudenessagain, I?ll not stop reporting it to the corporate office. For $13 I think it's a joke they hand me my drinks half full basically. I was initially handed one that was full to the brim but... it was made incorrectly so they kept it and then I was given my drinks. Horrible customer service with attitude. Repeat issue of receiving incorrect order and manager was very dismissive when I... requested her audience saying, ? well we constantly have new people?. Crazy part is, all I order is Hot tea and they repeatedlygive me the wrong tea bags. Read more
