Zero. Ordered 16 piece mild. Drive thru. Receipt confirms order and time, 11:23 AM today, Saturday. 15 minutes later I go inside... and ask if they forgot about me. Mgr, irritated, checks deep fryer and says 4 minutes left. At 11:53 they bring me the order. Isee one big box (presumably 16 pieces of chicken) one small box (presumably 8 biscuits) and 3 sides. No explanation. Noapology. Get home, big box only has 10 pieces of chicken, small box has another 5! No biscuits and short one piece ofchicken. Worst Popeyes in the world. Never going back. I wish I would have gotten her name, she didn?t have a name tag, but the cashier in the drive thru tonight lacks customer... service. She didn?t care to mention at the speaker they were out of mashed potatoes after placing an order of it. They (cashierand manager) were hesitated to give me a refund on my extra side order for the mashed potatoes, they were out and I didn?t likeany of the options they gave me, so, I asked for a refund, which at the end they gave it to me. Anyway, I got to my house torealize that they forgot to put my side inside the bag (the one that comes with the meal). I had to go back, which I wasn?t veryhappy about. Anyway. I just want to say that the employee lacked customer service and they only reason why I?ll keep coming backto this location is because is the closest to my house if it wasn?t for that. I should have read the reviews before I went I ordered to go and ordered the spicy chicken even double checked with the lady as... she handed me the bag that it contained dark and spicy chicken because I have been disappointed by other establishments and sheassured me it was but when I got home and served dinner it was not the spicy I ordered. It is too expensive to order out thesedays and not get what you pay for I won't be going back. Read more

Worst customer service. Pulled up at the drive thru, waiting... "hello" (me) "Yea" um I looked at my daughter... "Did he just... say "Yea"... really? Then what can I get you? Ok... 10 piece half spicy half mild please. We have no spicy... okay mild is fine.We have no legs... um I tried again. Ok well can I have the thighs over the wings if possible please?
