****If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STARS I would***I ordered a double cheese burger break deal, a double qp meal and 2 hot & spicy... Chicken sandwich baskets. My burger meat was COLD, the slices of cheese was just slapped on my Cold pattie ( nothing was warmedup), and my fries were hot BUT it was half a bag as if someone other than me ate half the pack. On the QP burger the meat wasred in the inside, and the cheese wasn't melted. I asked the young man at the window to fix it and he told me that THATS the waythe burger comes. Raw! I said no its not and he said sorry and closed the window on me. Now let's talk about the chickensandwichs. The chicken sandwichs were DRY, whom ever made the sandwich totally missed the buns when putting the lettuce on thesandwiches. It was just a HOT MESS THIS! This is the worst McDonald ever! They asked me 5 times what I ordered because theorders were mixed up. And then they still tried to give me someone else's happy meal. Please DO not stop at this location. Saveyour money and stop at another McDonald's down the street or even Burger King down a little further. Read more

If you see a blonde supervisor working late at night that looks likeand has the attitude that she hates the world? RUN!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! If there?s a rude black lady that asks you torepeat something 20 times you?ve been saying clear as day, take your phone out and record the entire transaction because likeshe did me, you might get accused of stealing. I?ve emailed corporate and will be sending a follow up again today. My nextsteps will be to file a complaint with BBB, and if I don?t hear from the franchise owner, I will find them by looking up publicrecords of ownership and/or lease information. Read more

If I could give them 0 starts I definitely would. We were trying to order a meal for 4 people. When all of the sudden the lady... in the front raised her voice at me for asking her a question about the drink . Our second order was made through the phone butnot given because our code was ?invalid? and the manager himself told me there was a person in the drive thru with the samecode, I had shown the manager my code and the proof that I had made the order and was charged, but he didn?t even try to help meand refused to give me my order. So just got accused of stealing two shakes from this cess pool of a franchise with the rudest workers I?ve ever met in my entire... life. I didn?t get the shakes with my first go around so when I went back the original employee was adamant she gave them tome. I told her no, she didn?t. The blonde manager came and told me I got them and the female black worker accused me ofstealing them and she kept saying she KNOWS she handed them to me. I asked them if they had cameras at the window and they saidyes so then I asked them to review camera footage and they said they?re not doing that and continued to accuse me of stealing. I am NOT letting this go until the owner looks at the camera footage and reviews that I never received these shakes in the firstplace! I seriously don?t think those ladies that smirked at me when I had to pay $9 after being accused realize how smart I amand how stubborn I am! Believe me, I will be find the owner?s contact information. And when the blonde lady said, ?Go aheadand email corporate we?re a franchise.? I?m going to do more than just email them. Whoever the blonde manager isn?t just a bad employee she?s a horrible human being. I won?t be eating my food because I?m... assuming she spit on it with the way she talked to my son and told him to check the bag dummy when all he asked was if they gavehim small or medium fries. Read more

Stopped by @10:15 on a Saturday morning, on our way to our destination. Pulled up to drive thru, which was busy, and was to it... would "be a second", waited 2 minutes and nothing, husband said "Hello?", lady came back, "just a second." After a couple ofminutes again, husband said, "Hello?" And as hateful sounding as she could be, "I said just a second!". Drove around front,parked and went inside. Looked like total chaos inside. Crazy wait time. Placed order, told them I had a code, they don't tell me price, 15 mins in line (drive thru)then tell me $11+.... I said I have a code for $5, the employee read back my order, I gave the code,. $5.51, ok. Told to go to window 2??? You have myorder and read it back so either you didn't put the order in or bc I gave you a discount code your making me somethingdifferent?? Waited 10 mins and after watching 5 ppl get there food I parked, went in and talked to the manager who told aemployee to get my food, who then smirked, gave the bag to the manager who had to go back and get napkins. Manager upgraded to alarge fry and another drink which I declined. Manager was ok in my book corporate should pay the employees more so managersdon't have to babysit adults who don't want to work. I ordered a Big Breakfast with an Extra order of Bacon which is 2 more slices. When I get home and open my order they only put 2... and 1/2 Slices of Bacon in it! But charged me for 2 additional ones. Then look at the size of the eggs they are shrunken fromtheir normal size of the past. The line and the order takers are not checking for accuracy and management should be supervisingthis repeated problem. Read more
