Drive-thru is good. Kitchen looks like a Covid cesspool. Cashier was not working, instead on his personal phone, ignored me... until one of his coworkers made him come to cash register. He didn't care as he casually talked on his phone throughout thewhole order. Went through drive thru and had to park ,which was fine ,12 minutes on wings ok. Young lady came out not knowing which cars had... which order. I was given the wrong order and she was rude and out of line and very lucky she didnt open her mouth again to me.The manager kindly refunded me my money. Im done with KFC. Read more
Ugh! I don't really do many reviews but I had to do one. I feel so irritated, disgusted, and disappointed I randomly chose this... spot without looking at the reviews. Smelled like a broken sewer line outside the spot once we pulled up after we ordered, whichled me to go look at the reviews online terrible, by time we realized this wasn't a good choice we had already paid for ourfood. Got home food did not taste fresh, Mac n cheese was gross, I picked at it and threw it away my feelings was so hurt causeI could have eaten anywhere but I chose there. Never again KFC period. We have been here around 9:50pm, they are closing at 11:00pm. The staff in there are playing games and locked the door. Wouldn?t... let people in! We have to order online and try to drive through, they told us to wait 25-30mins for cooking the chicken! Guesswhat? We actually sitting in the car for 1 hour to get the chicken! The stuffs there are rude. Don?t go there, especially atnight. They will told you that they have already cleaned the cooking machines and no more chicken left for you to buy.
