Moved here from Austin and have never been to a good Jimmy John?s in Houston, but this one in particular is extra rough. Veggies... always taste like they?re frozen and the meats don?t taste right. Idk why but they?re also always out of everything, which canbe really frustrating (especially when they make your sandwich and give it to you, and when you say ?hey, why isn?t there anylettuce?? they say ?oh we?re out? even though no one said that before). Incredibly slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich and this is not a 1 time occurrence as you can see from other... reviews. The manager apologized and suggested its not usually slow, but they were down a driver. No...that has nothing do withthe folks making the sandwiches at a snails pace. people have lunch breaks from work for 30 to 45 minutes. You can't take upmore than half of their time. Extremely slow service, rude staff on multiple occasions. Waited 20 minutes after placing a ?freaky fast? order on the app.... Today?s I was told ?we?re out of bread? and they were also out of jalepeno chips. Gave me a sandwich on regular wheat bread thatlooked like it was bought from a store. Insane and completely unacceptable. No way this sandwich is the equivalent to thesandwich that I ordered. No apologies, no cares. Will use a different location if there is a next time. Read more
I'm in their store now) I came to this location a couple of months back. Mind you ,I live about 15 mins away. I came through the... drive-thur and ordered my combo meal. The Caucasian guy, kinda tall and slim at the drive thru gave me my soda, dripping all onthe side,and lid halfway on. I had to ask for napkins to wipe my cup #1. So, I get home and pull my sandwich out and my bread ishard as hell. At this point I'm livid. I called the store and made a complaint because I'm hungry but I'm not driving all theway back. It deprived me of my sandwich experience. I had to take the bottom bread off...... Like what???? They tried to feed mesome lied but I want going for it and told them I was writing a review. The caucasian guy called back and apologized. He saidthey were going to replace my sandwich. I said okay, no problem. I get to the store today because I was one this side of town. Iexplained to the African American what happened. So he said give me a minute, he was working the dry the by himself. No one elsewas in the front to help. Later one guy came to help him.
