Best ever banana splits!!! We arrived with our kids to a huge line up. At first we were hesitant but 3 different service areas... were waiting on patrons (2 outdoor windows and the inside). We choose to go inside. We didn't have to wait too long, although,I will admit, people in the line were complaining about the excessive chatting at the till. After the little pow wow, we wereapproached by 4 different servers all within seconds of each other lol We order the Elgin Special, a large sundae, 2 bananasplits and 2 ice cream cones. The ice cream is soooo delicious!!! We were not disappointed. Our server was beyond amazing,super friendly and very prompt. Love Shaws!!!! Read more

Ice cream, ice cream we all scream for ice cream! Weekend in Port Stanley and of course had to try their local ice cream parlor.... Got one scoop of rocky road on a waffle cone, oh yeah can't go wrong with this flavour it was perfect in every way. Delicious refreshing ice cream on a warm summer day. This dairy bar has been around since 1948 for a good reason. Long line ups... but the young ladies working are very fast and friendly. Lots of spots outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream in a beautifulatmosphere. I stopped on my way home on Sunday June 27th ,2021 and very happy that I chose to stop.
