Upon arrival went to the cash, waiting approx 5 mins before anyone acknowledge I was even waiting. Young lady on her break came... and took my order and I sat down and waited.After waiting approx 10 mins I went to the cash to ask about my order and the younggirl and young man proceeded to argue about orders as apparently my order was given to drivethru. I spoke up and said arguelater please get my order, Waited another 8-10 minutes and my order was brought. The young lady was very apologetic however toolittle to late Terrible service and to witness 2 employees argue over how?s fault it was instead on immediately trying to fixthe wrong is asinine Will never return Read more
Got food poisoning after eating a burger here guess that?s my fault for ordering a burger at an ice cream place.
Amazing..can't make banana splits because all 3 bananas are bad..said I'd like to see..they weren't.. perhaps the skin weren't... deep yellow, said I'll have one, my son opted out for a different confection..even asked for a discount, ignored..literallypoured the excess pineapple juice from banana split on my lap( drive through only after 8 pm) stared at me as I asked if I couldget a napkin or two..then asked if I wanted a napkin..seriously..absolute WORST fast food franchise ever. They have good ice cream and ice cream cake too! Not too bad for pricing specially everything is now expensive.
I went in to pick up a birthday cake that had been ordered by phone as the website did not work. I was the second person to try... to pick up the cake that day. It was supposed to be ready in the morning. The first person was told it was to be picked up untilnoon which was not the instructions given by phone the day before. Went there expecting good food, recieved a dry burger patty, old/hard bun, and my fries weren't cooked. Since I had a bad... experience with the food I figured I wouldn't have any with the ice cream. Asked for a dipped ice cream in a dish since do notlike the cones. Recieved a dish with a cone and little ice cream with barely any chocolate... Overall I am disappointed Read more
This is a new restaurant in town. I generally like DQ and have tried many of their food items. Every time I have eaten here the... food has been exactly what I expected. The staff are friendly and approachable. Minus a star due to the drive through beingslow, but that seems to be the case at most DQ's. I suspect it is in part because they have many items that simply take time tomake. Read more
