2 star just because one of the front counter workers were very rude and didn?t add any sauce or offered after I told them put... bbg sauce in the bag, food was great and all but need better customer service. Tried to go to the 24 hour drive through twice and they were closed. So annoying
We were in St Paul for 5 minutes. Accosted twice well going into the restaurant and once coming out. Do kot go into this... restaurant. The staff are great and service was quick but the people hang around the restaurant demanding we buy them food wasjust scary. Read more

Ordered a late supper (custom burger) on my way through town. One of the young staff must have given my order to someone else... waiting outside, instead of me. I waited long enough to know something was not right. I asked if there was a problem. Themanager brought my meal, and the entire amount of money I paid, to me in my car!! I did not ask for a refund or anycompensation, I certainly know that mistakes happen and young people are learning to do their jobs. I wasn't upset about theerror, I wasn't in a hurry, or grumpy or demanding. Just really grateful for this manager and the way I was treated! Hopefullythe staff member who made the mistake was corrected in the same way I was compensated......quickly, professionally and kindly!!Huge kudos to this manager! ???????????? Read more
Used to be a good place to go, with good service and consistent food quality but lately has gone downhill so bad! Went there... today and sat at the drive through menu to order for almost 10 minutes before anyone even said anything or attempted to take myorder. There was no one else in drive thru at all! Finally got my order, paid and picked up food and drove home. I live indifferent town and when I got home my husband went through the bag and there was no napkins, no sauce for our nuggets and nomcchicken sauce for our fries, which I specifically asked and paid for. Got halfway through my mcchicken (that was thrownhaphazardly in the box) and it was completely RAW! Gross. We will never go back. Read more
Customer satisfaction does not matter to this place. They wanted to park me over gravy that takes 30 seconds to heat up. I... refused & the lady was very rude and did not give me my food. 0/10 also I find staff to be very rude here. Read more
