We ordered online and it said our wait would be 10-20 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes waited in line for 10 minutes and my... order wasn?t ready. Ok no issue but then I had to wait another 30 minutes to get food that was old and dry while the workerslaughed and talked the whole time. I've been ordering online delivery from this location for many years. I LUV them! I placed an online delivery on wednesday, Aug... 17th; I received a text from doordash delivery that my order will be delivered at 5:40pm; at 5:47pm I received another text fromthe same doordash number indicating my order had been canceled. This used to be a good place to order from but I guess since covid they pretty much hire anybody that?s willing to show up?the... quality of the food is trash and the attitude of some of the workers is even worse. I?m not even going to go in on the childwith the red braids but that little baby doesn?t like her job at ALL. First off I understand the lock on the door after acertain time but whose trying to stand outside at 11:20 at night waiting for them to open the door when the app said my orderwould be ready in 16-20 minutes and I ordered between 10:55 and 11:00?second when I walked in I wasn?t greeted or asked my nameto see if my order was ready?. Everybody looked stressed out and over worked.it was probably 7 ppl working in a tiny area andthe red braid girl was basically useless unless you were looking for an attitudinal problem bcuz she had plenty of that!!!!! Carmelita was really nice and attentive !! But Renee has an attitude problem, she act like it?s a crime to fix your food bc she... got it wrong ! My wings are suppose to be garlic Parmesan . But they are plan with a little sprinkle of grated cheese. I?mdisappointed and wasted my money. Read more
Bit into my chicken tenders and it was undercooked, we could have gotten sick!!!! Every time I order something from these... restaurants they ALWAYS forget some of my food and I always order big cause I have a big family! I try to call the store but thePHONE is NEVER ANSWERED!!! Bad food quality and very rude manager. Ordered large thigh bites for pickup and has to wait for extra 30 min for my food.... While I was waiting, the lady in charge of the kitchen (manager I guess) told me to ?stand over there and don?t stare at thekitchen?. Even worse, the chicken pieces were all raw inside. When I went back to return the food and asked about the refundprocess, the manager was extremely rude and impatient, saying ?this is the XX times I told you? and then kept ignoring me. Placed a delivery order and received dry wings called doordash and they tell me call the store and when I do 1 ghetto worker... answers the phone and say my order was dry because the driver was staring while they were making it, how stupid and then getupset and pass the phone to another ghetto manager basically no help! I can't believe I was robbed by Wingstop for $43.34 an order I canceled after I was told that I only had one order of wings.... Hard to believe it when you have a total of almost 50.00 dollars. I have yet to receive my refund and I am tired of asking formy money back. Don't stop at a wingstop it will be your last stop. Unprofessional no stars to ever give.
