I pre-ordered & arrived about 30m later. I made the mistake of telling them I would pick up at the drive-thru. I waited in line... for almost an hour. I have a bad back so this is why I chose the method. When I got to the speaker, I was immediately told itwould be a 30m wait for burgers. I then gave my order #. I was asked to repeat the entire order & # 2x. Then I was told to wait.After 5-10m I was told to pull forward. When I finally got to the window I was asked for the # again. Then the human quoted mea price padded by $10. I asked her why the extra $. She began to argue that she didn't do that. I refused to engage her on thesubject any further. But a manager began to explain something to the human. Suddenly I was quoted the correct amount. I handedthe human my card, as I was handed the food. Quickly thereafter my card was returned. Suddenly I was told my card didn't gothrough. Given all the trouble & the hostile tone I experienced. My first thought, drive off. But I gave her the card. "Thankyou! Have a nice day", were the last words spoken to me. In case you haven't noticed. Delivery services don't like WhiteCastle. You will frequently be handed off to driver after driver until the delivery services cancels the order. It's becauseWhite Castle doesn't respect its consumers. They are trying to get people to open stores in the south, Crystals territory.????Only a fool would invest in the store. Given that Crystals has a lock on the territory & with the companys acceptance of poorservice. You will lose your shirt. Read more

This... afternoon I was exhausted and just wanted a large cup of soft drink. I came to this White Castle and ordered a large Sprite, andthe employee didn't want to charge me for this. Do NOT go in the evening. The past two times I went I had to leave the line after waiting at the mic for over 15min before they... ask to take my order. This last time I was stuck in the line for 30min before I could get around the other cars to leave. Iheard them talking and laughing on the inside. When I drove past the window there were at least 4 people in there. I don't knowwhat's going on. This used to be the nicer White Castle. Read more

I tried the impossible sliders tonight and absolutely loved them. A great meat replacement with good flavor, and thicker than... the traditional beef slider. I added tomato. I would have liked extra pickles! The people who work here are always really nice.It's worth the wait in the drive through. I like to support our local white castle because the people who own the franchisesaround here give back to the community. Also, I got the strawberry swirl cheesecake on a stick and wish I got fifty of them.They were oh so good! Read more
It'd been quite some time since I'd been through the drive-thru here. After this visit, I know why. I ordered 2 1921 BBQ ... Bacon Burger. The buns were so dry and hard ... that I honestly don't knew how even anyone wearing gloves couldn't tell thatthey were basically not edible. I took the meat in the middle out hoping to at least be able to eat it, but it was hardlycooked. Unfortunately, it took so much time to get it, that I didn't have time to go back before heading to work to complainor exchange the product. It was honestly just awful. ????
