Stopped in here before seeing a movie the other night, I had the chicken and waffle sliders, and omg, soooo good! The waffles... are delicious, I'd love to know the recipe b/c these were literally the best waffles I've ever had. I even had one leftover andcold, and it was still an amazingly delicious waffle. This is only getting a 5 star rating because I love the 1921 sandwiches. These are the only hamburgers that don't make me have... to use the restroom and stink it out. The standard sliders make me sick and fart a lot. Make the 1921 sandwiches stay and makethem the primary sandwich to sell for years to come. I will only eat at White Castle for the 1921 sandwiches. Every time we come through here to order the 1921 combo, they always tell us their 1921 grill is down. This is the 3rd time... we've been here and still it's happening. This makes me think that they're just being lazy and don't want to do the work. Also,the drive through is extremely slow. 30 minutes minimum wait time. Ridiculous. Read more
The only think open was the drive thru. So on we go. Only 3 cars in line. Seemed a little slow. Made our order for 4 aduts.... Got all that we ordered except one item in a combo. Got the fries and soda, but they forgot the chicken rings. Had to go aroundagain and get inline for drive thru. They made up the mistake. So much for a quick trip thru the drive thru, but that's the newnorm. Read more
I got a 10 piece chicken ring the chicken was not cook all the way so couldn't eat them. Then my two double cheeseburger was... gross they were so greasy that you couldn't eat them. The service was okay but could do better. Read more
I haven’t dined in a White Castle for years and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this location was. It far... exceeded my expectations. The burgers are a guilty pleasure. I hate crinkle cut fries so I always just get more slidersinstead. I had a free combo meal for signing up for their loyalty program so I customized it with chicken rings as the sideinstead of fries and a shake instead of a drink. I always refer to the shakes as “ice cream in a cup.” They areridiculously thick and large. The small size is massive. Read more
I was in the drive-thru. I received my drink. I informed the lady it asked for no ice. She got upset. She replaced the drink.... Her attitude made me want to ask for my money back and drive off. Another much younger female gave me my order. I began todrive. Then, I thought to check the order. True enough it was wrong. I bagged up as for as I could. There were other cars behindme. The young lady asked me about the problem. I told her the fries were wrong. I asked for cheese. She told me to pull to thefront and they will bring them out. I did.
