I came inside intending on dining in, but I waited so long for my 2 little items that I decided to just leave. The cashier... wasn't welcoming at all. The young lady in the drive thru window was very pleasant and in a good mood. I feel you generally don't get that at any white... castle. Only issue I have with this specific White Castle is that they are ALWAYS BUSY! Like, I'm talking about "whole drive-thru, cars... wrapped around and into the street" typa packed! BUT,....As for the food, FANTASTIC! The workers seem young and probably stillin high school but I've never once had a rude take my order, take my money at window, or hand me my food. Is there no pride left in America? Never ever, ever go to this White Castle!!!! I was in line at the drive through for over 30... minutes there were only 4 cars. This was on a Saturday evening at 6:55 PM. When I got up to the window there were 5 kidsworking inside not a single one of them had a uniform on. They were all wearing big down jackets. All of them were on theirphones and were horsing around not doing anything that I saw as work.. Not only that , they had meat laying on the counter thatwas raw next to stacks of cheese and for some reason 4 or 5 $20 bills sitting right next to the food. My guess is they arestealing money and not ringing up purchases by customers. When I finally got my food, not only was it not hot it, it wasn't evenclose to being warm. The burgers were absolutely cold like they had been sitting out for at least 45 minutes. I threw theentire bag of burgers in the trash at the Walgreens next door. Whoever owns or manages this store should be ashamed becausethese kids are not even close to doing any semblance of a job. This is just poor management they do not care one single bitabout their customers or their product. White Castle headquarters should close this store down!!! Read more
