Quickest I've ever had a breakfast served. I read some reviews about this place saying that they are slow. I came in around 11... am on a Saturday and I had no issue getting a table and my food came right up. The management must have read previous reviewsand fixed the slow service issue. Our waitress Maria was outgoing, kind and patient when I had some questions. Wish I livedcloser as I would come here on a regular basis. Read more

my group and i came in for dine in and had to leave with take out boxes because they took 45 minutes to even get our food. this... location is not understaffed yet somehow no one behind the counter is trained well enough to complete orders in a timely manner.Shame on waffle house for not having adequate management to make up for what they lack update: after we came back to our hotel,it turns out we didn?t even get all of our food we paid for! we would go back to the restaurant, but the hostility of the staffmakes us feel uneasy. will not be coming back! More workers than customers, service was slow and inaccurate. Multiple mistakes with what was ordered and what was brought out.... One of the things they gave me the wrong eggs and came back with a small plate having me scrape it off my plate onto the smallplate. In 45min we never got 1 refill. Worst location I have been to, they need more training for sure. Read more

The service was to be desired today. The restaurant is brand new and the waitress couldn't time manage. After delivering our... food she never came back to check on us. Although our order was fresh, mine was wrong. We never received refills and we nevergot a follow-up visit to our table. This place needs to take a full day course on proper serving and customer service. Evey goodserver knows you drop the food then come back to check the table after 2 min or 2 bites. Then every 8-10 minutes after that. Ittook her 20 minutes to get back to our table and by then I had been sitting there for 10 minutes finished with my food. Therewere 4 people working today and about 6 people being service when we walked in. It only increased to 10 people before we left. Iwas left frustrated and disappointed. I witnessed one of the servers walk away and yell back at a customer that he would beright with them. Then take a to go order while I was waiting to check out but then tell that to go order he would get back tothem while they decided. But wait cashing me out he decided to still take the to go order. Then 2 of them Maria and Justin wereclearly not getting along. As Maria confronted Justin about how many tables she had vs him. Where is the manager ???? ???? I just left this location and I?m not even kidding when I say that we walked in sat for 45 minutes waiting for our order to be... taken. Which was fine, we weren?t even in a rush. After 30-40 minutes the waitress came and asked us what we wanted to order andwhen we proceeded to tell her, she told us to wait because she didn?t have a pen. So we waiting and kept talking amongstourselves. She walked near our table and naturally we looked because she told us to hold on because she was going to get a penand when she noticed us looking she told us to turn around and that she would ?get to us when she gets to us? when a friend atour table said he was just looking she told us that if we wanted to keep watching her we could leave. So we did just that. Ihave never in my life been told be a waitress to leave because we were patiently waiting and watching. NEVER again will wereturn to this location. Read more

07/26/22 11am To the 2 servers and 1 cook- Everyone did an amazing job. Dine in was entirely full with many togo orders and the... cook was killing it! Our server Angel- you had amazing customer service and great attitude even though you were slammedbusy. You deserve great praise how you handled the rush.
