I surprised my husband with a mini vacation for his birthday. I set up a private dinner in our room and all the hotel staff... literally helped me keep it a surprise. The front desk young lady is the Best...he tried to go back to the room when they wheresetting up an she had him call me to make sure he didn\'t ruin the surprise. The security helped bring the people decorating tothe room and me a new key when we had an issue with ours. All of the staff was truly Exceptional attentive and just gaveamazing service. I would 100% recommend especially if you prefer a more Attentive experience. Read more

Service was great. Ladies at check- in on Thursday night were amazing, and all the staff was very friendly. Hotel is within... walkable distance to basically everything. We were in town for a quick trip to see family. We were able to easily use parkingmeters out front (download the app) and saved on parking. Hotel has great vibe and feel. Architecture. Grand windows. Rooftoppool and bar. Coffee was good in the Cafe downstairs. The only thing lacking was better housekeeping. Mirrors and tables needed a good cleaning. Carpet had some stains and there was a full bar of used soap on the floor by our bathroom sink. Otherreviews seem to mention the same. We would definitely still stay here again. We could have asked for a different room, but wechecked in late and didn\'t really notice til morning. Read more

The hotel is in a nice location. Everything is in a great distance. The staff at the front desk is very nice. They let use do... early check in so we can rest before we go to our dinner reservations. The amazing part that I have found was that their roomwas nicely clean with please smell,. this place was great. I will definitely go back and stay again. Read more

Super cute hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is great! There were plenty of available pool... chairs, lots of sun, and wonderful service at the poolside bar. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned;just an easy 10 minute walk from Union Station and the Enterprise Center. We found some very tasty restaurants nearby; TheSliced Pint next door was great for dinner, and Blondies down the street had delicious breakfast! I definitely recommendstaying here! Read more

Great hotel in a good location, and nice views from the rooftop with the pool. Rooms were nice and large. Streaming in the room... worked great, just make sure use chrome because my normal browser wouldn\'t connect. Staff was all awesome and super friendly, from the valet, front desk, and wait staff. Sunday night was pretty busy for dinner and it seemed like they were short staffed, but the two ladies waiting were flying around the room and getting to everyone, they were awesome. Definitely will stay hereagain next time we\'re in town. Read more

Pros: The views are awesome! There is an obvious level of attention to detail in the artistry through the entire hotel. Most of... the employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially Luke at the front desk! The morning of check out we hungby the pool and that was the BEST experience we had at the hotel! We got lounge chairs and enjoyed the incredible city skyline. The pool water was mostly clean and refreshing in between sun bathing.\n\nCons: check in was at 3 and we couldn?t get our roomuntil 7pm! I?ve never experienced this before at any hotel, much less a high end place. We tried to enjoy the rooftop pool andbar while we waited but it was disappointing. The place was packed with day pass people. There was nowhere to sit and the poolwas?. Incredibly dirty. I think someone puked in the water or something because yikes. There was only one bartender and she wasout of every single drink I asked for, including the ones advertised on her chalk board? she was way overwhelmed. That was a 3person job she was doing alone.\n\nRedeemed: after waiting for two hours upstairs, we finally came down to the lobby bar. Theycomped our drinks, two each, while down there waiting for another hour. They comped our valet, $30 also. They still couldn?t getour room by 7 so they gave us an ?upgrade? which took our regular king room to one with a sitting space. We didn?t need that butwe were glad to finally have access to a room to freshen up and unwind in!\n\nI can only assume the hotel is seriouslyunderstaffed right now, causing the struggles we experienced. This seems to be a common problem these days, though. Hopefullythey can get it figured out because I think we would have really enjoyed the hotel otherwise! Read more

I totally feel like I underpaid for this stay! What a nice hotel with amazing historic properties. Loved the exposed ceilings... and all of the Art Deco but modern touches. The security was an added bonus, all the elevators needed the key card to go up tothe floors.\n\nBeds and pillows were comfortable and the room was very clean. The large walk in showers were just exquisite! Iwill say that any modern hotel I\'ve stayed in lacks hooks or bars in the bathroom. Only one hook and one bar in thebathroom.\n\nJust so you know, there is no self parking included here. There are pay lots very close or street parking but thehotel only has Valet that was $30 a day. We parked on the street the first night on Sunday since it was free, but the citystarts charging at 8am Monday. It\'s all by the Park mobile app which was easy to use. Read more

Hotel is adjacent to a rough neighborhood but you?ll have that when you stay downtown in a large city. Hotel itself is gorgeous... and all of the staff we met were incredibly kind and helpful. I wish I?d have gotten the valets name from when we checked out -he was amazing. He was super kind to our pups and helped my hubby load the truck so we could easily continue on our adventure. He also helped to check us out efficiently. We will definitely stay here again.\n\nOur room was well thought out, with a hugeshower in the bathroom. Beautiful furniture and a truly eclectic and welcoming vibe. Read more
