They were great
Not only is this subway a DUMP but the employees have no idea what they are doing. Apparently it was their first day on the... job. Then they wanted to charge for drink refills. I just spent forty four dollars on sandwiches with you and you have thenerve to ask me to pay for a refill?!?!?! The young lady was very rude no how may I help you after waiting 10 minutes did you need something....then they tried to serve... me a soda that was just carbonated water then when I said something they both just kind of shrugged it off they forgot mycookies and then proceeded to argue they were in the bag when they weren't. If your restaurant keeps employees like these youare going to fail. I am in customer service so I know what it takes these two represent Subway in a bad way. Read more
