Ordered two subs... asked for one with double meat to be changed into a salad. Got my order, the salad had everything in it but... lettuce ???? I called and was told I didn't ask for lettuce. This has happened to a number of my co-workers and a couple of ourpatients. I'm far from being a genius but I thought the word salad immediately signified i wanted lettuce. I do not care for the unpleasant interactions of the previous manager (Bobbie-not sure if she still works here) and the current... sandwich maker has been curt and unfriendly on multiple occasions. I had two incidents with this store now and I strongly suggest anyone NOT to order here, especially online delivery. First... time: About a month ago I ordered two sandwiches here for delivery. Later it showed that the order was delivered but I didn'treceive anything at all. I called them for a refund but they redirected me to the HQ. And what do you know the HQ isn'taccepting phone calls due to COVID. I filed a complaint on the website but nothing has happened ever since. Second time: Iordered sandwich and a drink for delivery. Sandwich was cold when arrived but that's understandable. The drink is straight upmissing. I ordered through doordash this time so I was lucky to get a refund. Terrible experience overall. Read more
