Wow, talk about a prime example of people unable to do simple tasks. The woman working the counter making sandwiches was just... throwing ingredients on in clumps... Not spreading them out. Thankfully I was only getting a beverage. Which, was out, andwhen I notified staff that Dr. Pepper was out, they just shrugged and ignored me. I normally have good experiences here, but on three occasions, I have been disrespected by one of the employees in the line.... Not only was I rushed when I was the last one in the line, but the chubby guy making the sandwich cut me off, would not let meplace my order, and wouldn?t show the same respect as the other patrons in the line. After a long day today, I opted to notspend money here. It?s a shame that one sour employee can ruin a review for the entire establishment, but if you generally havean issue with university students, you probably shouldn?t work on a university campus. This Subway does a good job of trying to serve customers efficiently. Unfortunately, this is also its downfall in some respects.... The staff try to process everyone's orders very quickly which can result in orders occasionally getting mixed up and more timebeing wasted. In addition, because of the rush, I have experienced missing toppings/sauces on my sandwich on more than a fewoccasions. Nonetheless, this is still one of the best (and cost-effective) places to eat on campus and upholds the taste/qualitythat one can expect from any Subway. Read more

A lot of the staff are extremely rude and the manager was interrupting his employees while they were trying to work to show them... something he thought was funny on his phone. They also blast music so loud it?s hard to have a normal conversation and hear theperson sitting next to you. Read more

The staff are just so unprofessional at this location. I work for Washu and have not eaten at this location in over a year and... now I remember why. They yell across the room asking to help next person. Then we have to repeat everything because the workerscannot hear us. I don't plan to go back. Also why no roast beef on menu anymore. Read more

Food is regular subway food, with a view of the campus. The staff here are super friendly. I overheard their conversation with a... Chinese student. She was having trouble ordering her food in English, and the staff was very patient and helped her out bytelling her the English words she wanted to say. It was heart-warming. Peace <3. Read more
