The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life I will never go in that Subway this is how people get hurt paying... customer with the receipt in hand and on the cell phone would not remake a sandwich and try to return it they do not have pizzasand are selling pizzas online and gave me flatbread with pepperoni. Been going here for years and unfortunately today will be my last time there. Subway customer service is like any fast food... service where it starts off great, but slowly gets worse over time. This place is no different, and the negatives reviews aboutrude employees have some merit. Though in our experience it involves two young women with henna tattoos on their hand. Everytimewe're there they have the attitude of not wanting to work, multiple times getting called out from customers because they seem tobe making fun of customers in their face in their native language, and having no issue with antagonizing the customers. Todaywas the last straw because of what happened between the two young women and my mother. My mother came in to buy 2 footlongsandwiches like she always does every Thursday and noticed that the bread looked expired/unfresh, my mom told them if they canuse different bread that was fresher/ had more color, but the employees refused, my mother said she wasn't going to buy thosesandwiches if that was the case and they told my mother to not come back. It seemed they cared more about closing up for thenight instead of giving us a satisfying customer service experience. It's a shame because this was our favorite place to getSubway sandwiches, but with people like that representing the store, it's only a matter of time before they lose more customers. Read more

I like Subway and glad to have one close by. However, their customer service is too casual. The man watched me standing there... and waiting to buy something else (he was moving/working and all) then the other worker had nerve to ask to finish his customer.I waited since it was a second purchase for my cookies! ???????? If i could give them 0 stars or even a negative 0 thats what this subway would get I am 6 months pregnant went to get a dub and... some black stuff came out of the toaster on my sub i asked what it was they noth responded i dont know so i asked for anothersandwich the guy started to go back and forth with me over wanting anyther sandwhich so i decided not to eat there i just dontunderstand they both laughed like its the toaster well ylu guys should clean it i am discusted with this subway and the guy saidthis is my store i dont care well ypu should care because without the customers you wouldn't have a store i can only imagine howthe food is being prepared for the day i will never eat here not ever Read more
