Quite possibly the rudest most unpleasant customer service experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The man who fixed... my sandwich was mumbling under his breath every time I would tell him the topping I wanted, he practically refused to add extramayonnaise as I?d requested, just overall terrible service. Good food, but the employees need to smile and stop acting like it's horrible to be there!! It's not, I promise! I worked there... for the same owners that have it now for 8 months and it's definitely NOT the worse place to work lol Read more

Place always makes my sandwiches right, however, went today, and the owner or management was VERY RUDE to his employee!!

06/05/2022....I made the mistake of going again. This time I got one skinny line of mayo....I asked for more and he said no! I... should have left the sandwich there instead of paying for it. NEVER AGAIN. They won't stay in business they can't keep anyemployees. They must be horrible to work for and lousy biz owners. Read more

The employees at this location are not only rude, but also select who they want to serve next in line. There were 4 customers... including myself who came in to get food. The sandwich lady decided to pick who she wanted to serve regardless of when they cameinto the store and got in line. Read more

I have ordered from this location in the past, always watered down meatballs with no sauce. I ordered door dash and they played... games with my food. I ordered 2 meatball subs with pepperoni and bacon added to both. They played games by putting pepperoni onone and bacon on the other with dry meatballs and never got my money back for the missing toppings about 8 bucks on doordash.Never had one good sandwich from this location, I've ordered over 20 times I'm sure over the years hoping they would get bettersince they opened. I have an issue when treated with prejudice. This place doesn't accept coupons that are a part of corporate promo? Your big sign... might as well said we charge extra on top of extra and we really treat our customers without any respect. Not only I couldn'tuse my promotion, but I ended up with burned sandwich. And the person running the counter at about lunch time isn't good forcustomer service at all. Way rude! Never coming here. Wouldn't go here if I were you. Read more
