Horrible absolutely...staff didn't take orders due to interaction with friends from neighborhood...food was dry and not fresh... which is weird considering they make it right in front of you..And establishment was dirty with food on tables...I would highlyrecommend others go to a decent subway at other locations ????????.. Worst subway I?ve ever been to. The people were rude and didn?t toast my sandwich and/or add the oil and vinegar I requested... from my online order. Not to mention they didn?t have any of the drinks that we tried to order. Read more
I ordered online from this Subway at around 7pm and when I arrived to pick up my order they where closed. I was super mad... because it states online that they closed at 10pm but this wasn't the case at all. Now I'm stuck with the task of getting arefund for my order because it was paid for online when I placed the order. It took me a few days to get in touch with the rightperson to give me a refund and after that I still had to wait 3 or 4 business days for it to apply to my card. Never again willI order from this Subway online or any other line because their protocols are screwed up and I feel if I'm ordering fast foodthen I expect to get fast service and food but with this location I got neither. I love the workers. They were so helpful & courteous. Food is good for a subway but the staff is key.
The food quality is average for this restaurant But they have just done a better job constructing the sandwich. My only... complaint is that it is so overly crowded it takes forever to get through the line. Read more
