I stood in line with my daughter to get a Carmel frappe for about 3 minutes. We then tried to order the frappe and Tori-14457... said we?re not doing frappes. I said it would be nice if you would put a sign stating that so we wouldn?t wait in line. ? Tori,said you?ll be alright you stood like for 2 minutes.? I told her it?s not even about that it?s about be courteous to others sothey won?t be wasting their time. As I?m sure her time is valuable as well. She was like whatever and called the next person.Being in the service industry myself, it would have been nice if she?d say hey I?m sorry our machine is down at the moment butI?d try our sister location at the other Gate. She was just rude and giving us a blank stare, which wasn?t appreciated. I didstumble upon another Starbucks and ordered our frappes there. While waiting for my flight, I went here to get a strawberrys and cream frappe, the employee rudely told me they aren?t making... frappes and to wait 30 minutes so I came back 30 minutes later and they rudely told me they aren?t make frappes but the otherStarbucks in the airport could help me so I walked to the other one and they had a sign that said ?no frappes ? the Starbucksacross from the lounge in the airport was extremely unprofessional and continuously sat on their phones. They never gave me areason they weren?t making frappe, sounds like pure laziness to me. Read more

I know first hand when your trying to fly out but want a tasty treat before hopping aboard. Well pull your phones out and use... your mobile order for gate E29. It will always be right and ready for you when walking up. Skip the line and enjoy. Read more

Hot the drive through and their nitro machine was broken but to compensate for the bad equipment they gave us our coffee for... free. Stink to not get what you want but to offer a free drink was a stand up move for sure. Thank you! Read more

Decent Starbucks with almost every menu option you?d find at a stand alone store. Breakfast & lunch sandwich options and fairly... fast service...the line was pretty much nonstop. The staff was helpful, but you could tell they were overwhelmed with theconstant rush of people. Read more
