I would choose zero stars if I could. We told them we wanted our Caramel ribbon crunch coffee free/cream based. Took the girls... behind the counter ten minutes to start working on my drink while they had their girl talk and chatted it up. Once they finallybegan working on the drink it took them another 5 minutes to finish it, totaling 15 minutes at the slowest time of day for asingle drink. Sorry but this has never happened to me before. This morning I was walking past and kindly asked a employee there (she?s AA... lady, she?s on the on the bigger side . Had short black and blonde hair, I?m AA by the way) what time do they open because Ididn?t see a sign and she rudely replied back , when the gate opens. HOW RUDE! it was 4am when this happened and honestly I wasshocked at how rude she was from a simple question when I only asked what time do they open, because I didn?t see a sign. evenin my sweet voice. This is not okay and clearly not how you talk to your customers. Everybody loves Starbucks!!! So I expect thestaff to love us back. This lady was so rude, I wish I had her name but I will be contacting the management staff. Read more

The sign says they open at 730am but that's not true at all. They may open at 8 if you're lucky. Most times the workers are back... there at 730 but keep the lights off and stay locked up until they feel like opening up which is usually between 8 and 830.After they decide to actually start doing their job it's pretty decent. The line went decently fast I asked for a Venti iced latte with five stevias they refused to put stevias in and made me put them... in my self. Not hard but easier and quicker if they do it. Read more

Terrible service. The lady had an attitude and very rudely said I?m not making that when my husband ordered his coffee..... unfortunately I had already inserted my card to pay for mine or I would have walked off as well. The coffee was nasty? I threwit away after a few sips. Very rude staff tonight. Get better staff? making this place miss out on business. Read more
