I went through the drive-thru today and I ordered a couple Frappuccino?s like I normally do. But today I was handed two... Frappuccinos that were soaked with sticky frappucino overflowing from the lid. I politely asked the girl at the drive thruwindow for some Napkins and instead of just giving them to me, she proceeded to tell me that I was ?being a real cleanfreak?!??? I normally don?t want to spill anything inside the vehicle with carpet. I order the same few drinks almost everyday. 25% of the time it?s correct. The same drink will look completely different from... day to day. And when I said the drink looks different and I don?t see any cold foam I?m told it melted? I ordered blueberryoatmeal and there was no blueberries. Given them the benefit of the doubt for several months but at this point I won?t wasteanymore money here. Read more

I always get a sugar free latte of some flavor and decaf coffee. They're very good. This was the Starbucks @ Manchester Rd @... Rock Hill Rd. Also had a chicken & bacon sandwich, and it was very good as well. Everyone who works there is SO friendly andseemingly happy! Read more
I recently had a breakfast sandwich and a chai tea at this location. The breakfast sandwich was really good and that tea was... astounding, exceptional, beyond delicious! The only thing that was mildly inconvenient is that you have to ask for condimentsnow instead of them being readily available on the counter. I'm assuming that is some pandemic thing. Read more
