the most incompetent employees. rude, slow, and careless. i ordered a drink with almond milk, watched her pour cows milk, and... when i asked her if it was with almond milk like i asked she lied and said yes. took over 45 minutes from walking in to get mydrink. about 25 minutes of that was AFTER i already ordered. this starbucks needs new management and employees. whole place is ajoke. My friend and I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher made with apple juice instead of water, and when they called my name they... set down literally a cup of apple juice. When I said this doesn?t look right, she got an attitude and told me it was in factwhat I ordered. She then set down my friends drink, which was ordered the exact same way as mine, and it was perfectly made.Hers was purple with actual fruit, like how it?s supposed to be, and mine was yellow, since it was literally just apple juice. Idon?t pay for these over priced drinks to get attitude and the wrong order in return. She did not even offer to correct it forme. Waste of flex if you ask me. Read more
