On a day that I would like to enjoy a half-decent hot chocolate on a cold winter morning, I got a hot chocolate that tasted like... expired unsweetened water. Cannot believe how slow, chaotic and disorganized this shop is. You could see the stress and panic on the poor barista and... instead of coming to assist her, the manager comes by and startles her by shoving a thermometer to her forehead without warning.Maybe prioritize cafe orders over mobile orders or help your staff out when they are in they weeds. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would, as a barista with Starbucks for 2 years in IL this Starbucks in central west end... is horrible! Extremely slow, orders are ALWAYS wrong, never made standard it?s like their partners aren?t even trained?
