Such Poor Service. Garbage overflowing. Employees were so rude and unprofessional. Counters Dirty with Food, Crumbs and stains... from spilled drinks. They take No pride in customer service. Asked for my Turkey Pesto sandwich cold, was told Nope, it has tobe heated. I told her it's my choice and I don't want it heated. She said she couldn't sell it to me. Purchased Specialitycoffee's, and were made wrong. If you ask then for anything, like Butter and anything else they either ignore you or respondwith Sarcasm and or an Attitude. Sad these people work with the public and have such terrible personality s. Starbucks Corporatecompany needs to often check reviews and reprimand all stores not hiding by you're standards. Read more
Worse customer service that I've ever received at a Starbucks coffee shop. For once they got my order wrong. I order an ice... venti sugar free vanilla caramel machiatto and a grilled cheese sandwich and they put regular vanilla syrup in my coffe which Ididn't complain because I was in a rush, after I got my coffe I waited about 15 minutes for my grilled sandwich so when Ichecked if my sandwich was done I realized that they hadn't even made it which I had to wait another 5 minutes. The store wasdirty and floor sticky and the ladies making the drinks were not nice to customers. I always use the app to pay so I can getpoints, their machine wouldn't take my payment through the app so I had to use my card and didn't get any points. Read more

I wasn't sure what I wanted to order when I got to the counter. I just knew that I didn't want a coffee. Nyla was absolutely... wonderful!! She helped me decide what to order. She was so friendly to everyone who came to her counter. She is the perfectperson for that job!! Read more
