The drinks are on par with Starbucks standards. The volume of the music is not very condusive to studying or business meets. It... competes with the noises that making coffee creates. The space is well spaced out and comfortable. Read more

Never again! I pre-ordered a bagel and cream cheese (it was my fiancé?s birthday and that?s what he wanted) and a caramel... macchiato (they didn?t have caramel either ?????but anyhoo I stated in the drive thru TWICE that I had already paid for a bageland I had to WAIT 5-6 minutes at the window while barely being acknowledged ????...I'm losing my faith in Starbucks because thisisn't the only location slacking! i literally never make these but the kindest humans ever work here. i come every single day & they?ve made my day so many times.... a couple weeks ago i was having a terrible day got home & dropped my entire drink & they remade it for me. they?ve left sweetnotes like ?have a good day? on my drink, and just always go above & beyond. it always brightens my day. i literally never haveto wait on my drink & even if i did i wouldn?t mind because they?re all so sweet to be around. best starbucks employees ever !!!give them all raises Read more

I gave my order. And stated the fact that I had an allergy in regards to one of their food items that is seasonal. I asked for... them to sanitize the picture. I know from having the allergies that there is a possibility of cross-contamination. It doesn?thelp that they didn?t say OK we can sanitize that for you they just said that there would be cross-contamination even if it?ssanitized. Which makes me feel like they don?t want to clean it. Which is a little worrisome for someone who has a severeallergy. but also I try to use my points and I requested that I use my points on my card. To which the card was run and thepoints were not used and they declared that I needed to tell them that I wanted my point of you. I have never experiencedtalking to a brick wall like I did at the Starbucks this is why it gets to stars. Communication is amazing especially wheneveryou treat a customer who has an allergy like they?re a human being and not like they?re a burden. Sidenote when I request thatthey sanitize the picture they?ll make a note on the drink out of courtesy and so I know that they are on the same level. Thisindividual does not which makes me a little leery to drink the drink that I paid money for. That is disgusting. Read more

Drive thru may look packed in the mornings but the line moves quickly, staff is friendly, and I'm always satisfied with my drink... and breakfast. And I know I can ask questions without them making me feel dumb lol Read more
