It?s a good place to hang out specially the location it is in beside the arch. A refreshing drink adds to it.
Very nice and convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel but it would be nice if they were open later in the afternoon. They... were sold out of some of their breakfast sandwiches by 7:30am and had quite a long line all morning -- it's great they have somany customers, but it'd be nice to see them better prepared to handle the rushes! Very friendly and quick. But the store was way too hot. My wife had to wait outside for me to bring her frap to her. This seems... petty but i was in there for 7 min total and had sweat dripping from my forehead from standing still. Read more
The baristas were nice but they made my drinks wrong. I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato and I don't know what they put... in it, but it tasted flavored. Like they put almond syrup or something like that in it. I also ordered a nitro cold brew. Thelady went to pour it and nothing came out so I said that's fine, just give me the regular cold brew and don't worry about it.But then the other barista fixed the nitro tap in a matter of seconds, in front of my eyes, and they didn't think to just pourme the original drink... It is a good place; bigger and roomier than others I have visited. However during billing I was surprised to hear they accept... and give Starbucks points on purchase but you can not redeem your rewards!! Today was the last day to redeem it!!.. I think SBshould make it a policy to specify such exceptions. Read more
Service was ok but had a long wait. Staff was friendly but didn't seem to know how to make the beverages. The house bacon egg... and cheese sandwich was mediocre compared to the normal starbucks menue. Not ideal for anyone in a hurry. Read more
