Simple and sophisticated! ???????? Was at the farmers market on Saturday and tried some food from a booth. The food at the... booth was outstanding so I asked if they had a restaurant and they said Songbird was 1 of 2. The wait was longer for a Sundaymorning, but it was worth it. I ordered the Combo sandwich and it was was so simple, but so dang tasty. The honey and sea saltelevated this breakfast sandwich to a perfection level. The fresh toast was amazing highlighting seasonal berries. This wasvery sweet so It was great to share this dish as it wasn?t too big as well. My friend got the tamales and that was very goodtoo. This portion was very large and filling as well. We ordered two drinks , one was a songbird latte w/ oat milk - this wasamazing ! Great hot drink. The second was a cold brew with OatMilk and a little vanilla seasoning. Again, this drink wasoutstanding! Songbird gets a 10/10 in my books. Can?t wait to come back and try more! Read more

Left this place full and satisfied. It was quite bustling around 11:30-12 when we were there, so best to make a reservation if... you don't like to wait. Food: we had the breakfast tamale, grits, farm toast with the added egg and ham, and some surprisecoconut bar dessert. The dessert options our waitress described sounded wonderful and unique, so be sure to inquire. Greatservice, creative dishes, good ambiance. Read more

A must go when visiting St. Louis. We stopped in while visiting from Michigan and this place is superb. The people are SUPER... friendly, help with recommendations if you want them, and everything is perfectly clean and tidy. I?ve no idea if the ?local?honey referenced on the menu is harvested right out back, but when we were leaving we walked around the back and saw this smallhive cabinet! Really cool place, great food and great coffee! We?ll be back. Read more

I?ve been going to Songbird since it?s time at the Tower Grove Farmer?s Market. I always have great things to say about this gem... of a restaurant. They serve really great coffee. My girlfriend claims they have the best matcha latte she?s ever had. I lovetheir Songbird latte. Songbird is known for their great breakfast sandwiches and their Combo sandwich did not disappoint.Definitely get the honey on the sandwich! We also got the kale frittata which is amazing. I especially loved their side salad. Iwish I could buy a bottled version of their vinaigrette. They have a great curbside pickup service and also sell their pastureraised eggs by the dozen. I highly recommend this restaurant!! Read more

Fantastic food and great service. We mentioned that we were from our of town and they gave our group a free "signature sandwich"... simply because we hadn't ordered one and they wanted us to try it. The coffee was delicious also. Cute place with it's own vibe. Read more

We came here on our 6 day road trip from New Mexico to Boston. Had to wait a bit for the food but absolutely worth the wait One... of the best breakfast we ever had in the States. Farm Toast is so good. Would recommend their Song Bird Latte as well. Will comeback again whenever driving past St. Louis. Their servers were very hospitable. Read more

Simply excellent! This place has a small, breakfast-forward menu, but it doesn't need to be large to be excellent. It's all in... the subtlties; they use creative garnishes/sauces and quality, local ingredients. (I heard amazing things about their hot sauce, but they didn't have any in stock when I visited). The English muffin sandwich was a 10/10 -- the pickled onions and brownbutter aioli elevate it above your standard breakfast sandwich. All this deliciousness is while they're still serving relativelyhealthy food! The pound cake was pretty moist and very tasty by itself, but the coffee jelly (amazing idea!! Why haven't I seenthis anywhere else before!?) elevated it even more. Songbird is such a gem, so don't overlook them! Read more

I went out with a friend and it's nice spot. Pretty busy but worthwhile. Friendly service. Nice mimosas. The menu is short and... to the point which means you spend less time mulling over endless options and more time connecting with your friends. Idefinitely would return. Read more
