So very disappointed. Ordered 2 med Pineapple surf. Taste like it was made with spoiled ingredients. Called and the manager told... me she'd remake them. I asked would it be with different ingredients, she replied no. Was rude & unprofessional. Then I askedcould I have something else and she said she would have to charge me. If that's the policy, that is terrible terrible customerservice. I would not recommend this location. Read more
This is a great place and I'm glad it's here. However, getting out of this parking lot is very dangerous! That curve and how... people drive is really not worth the smoothies. Is it possible to have a mirror that can be placed to see traffic coming fromthe West on Chippewa? Maybe a flashing lights? Thanks for considering the safety of the customers. Read more
I waited in line nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru to place an order. I overheard the employee speaking with the car in front... via the mic that he was the only one working there and he was backed up on orders so it would be a while. That surprised me asit was a $5 dollar Friday. This location needs to fix it's staffing issues. I left the drive thru line and in the future willtake my business to a different location. Read more
