If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have been there several times been very patient with long lines and wrong food.... We have given this place many chances but no more after last night, I am done. I do not know how this Rallys gets a 3.2 onreviews. Honestly either the place needs to be closed or be on a episode of Undercover Boss. Poor management, leads to pooremployees. Haven't you ever heard don't serve food that you wouldn't eat yourself???? They did not have ONE DRINK to go withmeals or just a plain drink. Out of all drinks my Dasher said. Then took almost an hour and got the burgers wrong and missinga fry. Better lately, but depending on when you go, the food could be better. Sometimes it it's cold before I even drive off the lot!... Since hard earned money is paid, everything should always be made Fresh & Hot, not under a heat light, waiting to be ordered...not sure if that's what's going on, but something is when you're not sure what you'll get each time... Made me sick. Haven't been to a Rally's in a long time. Was happy to go. Out of the spicy chicken, but more of a nitpick. Really... long wait, easily 25-30 minutes in the drive thru at the very least. The food, their famous fries.... tasted off and made mesick. Also had a chicken cruncher sandwich. Ordered plain, got it normal. It tasted overdone and the sauce was nasty. However,the two people they had working there that appeared a little ragged, friendly and courteous and at least trying to be nice forcustomers. Still have to do one star. How y?all gonna forget the large fry AND the ranch side. The chicken sandwich and burger is good but didn?t love just giving... y?all 5-6 dollars and not getting food I paid for. Laziest people I've ever met in my life.I've literally been turned Down At least four times before 7:00. All because they were... too lazy to make the 2 chicken sandwiches I was going to order. if i could put negative reviews i would? came from out of town and absolute terrible service waited almost 45 min for my food... watching the cashier with long box braids and long lashes take orders back to back not paying any attention to us. half of ourwas order was messed up then we get pulled forward for our drinks to be brought out? waited 10 min for that and she couldn?tremember a root beer or dr.pepper when we asked 7 times.. will never be back absolutely terrible. my chicken looks like this???????? my fries are rock hard & my mozzarella sticks not even cooked all the way???? and we frequently go to checkers in ourhome town. Marquis outfront says they're open till 2 AM what a lie. It wasn't even midnight I placed my order online they took my money 3... minutes later I arrived at the store and the person that answered the drive-through rudely told me we're closed we're closed Iexplained that I placed a mobile order and that my card was charged they took my money and with an attitude she just said "we'reclosed" once again so I am SOL Out of that money thanks a lot for being complete liars you're not open till 2 AM Read more
