Other than being rushed when placing order at the speaker the food was good but I didn't get the slushie that I wanted with a... fruit in it it was a regular slush and it was actually Frozen it wasn't as if it came out of the slush machine. This is the SECOND time that I have been refused service at this location. At the drive through speaker I was told that... they(staff) were ONLY doing DoorDash orders. The first to was at10:00pm. Today it was 11:00am! Never going back. Read more
This is my 2nd or 3rf fast food review. I try and shy away because hey, it's fast food. You're not going to get the best... service. This location is a complete mess. The staff here seem to be overworked. This may be why I waited for a total of 23minutes for my food. The fries were not even lukewarm and the burger was disgusting with the cheese solidified. The food was pre cooked and cold. I get that you cook burgers half way but then you put them back on the grill and cook them... through and the burger is suppose to be hot. The lettuce and tomatoes are suppose to be freshly put on the burgers. It tastedlike garbage. I bought 4 large value meals. That's like $50! Wow..... Read more
Taste was great, idk who doesn't love Rally's fries lol. Although the appearance was sloppy from burger to loaded fries. Wish I... would of took photos though of the burger specifically. But was relatively quick in the drive thru which has two separatelanes. One for ordering and the other specifically for Dashers which is brilliant and should be a new standardeverywhere. Removed two star for owner making excuses. Let me make excuses when it comes time to pay and then it will be a twoway street. It's just stacking patties straight onto a bun. When your burger looks more sloppy than a Taco Bell order, then youhave issues. So props to the other Rally's who can make a respectable burger. Read more
Never will I get food from this Rally?s. I just got a classic chicken sandwich and the chicken wasn?t even fully cooked through.... Idk what kind of restaurant they?re running here but it?s very unsafe for what they are serving. Read more
Received my order & everything was cold, burger & fries. Burger seemed like it wasn't fresh. Cold & hard. I threw it all away... after one bite. Never will return to the Chambers / Hallsferry location again. Read more
