Stopped in to pickup a delivery. After sitting at the window for 2-3 min the employee finally opened the window and just looked... at me. Not saying anything I finally told her who's order I was picking up, without a word she closed the window. After severalminutes and watching the employees play around not really worried about making the food. One of the employees finally gave me myfood and I thanked them. This has to be one of the worst Rally's restaurants ever! Each time that I've ever gone here, they have never had anything in... stock. Additionally, you'll see from my pictures that the lot, on the whole, was littered with debris and trash everywhere. Iasked for a Deep Sea Double and of course, like always, they didn't have any fish in. At least.. that's what the gentleman inthe picture told me. I asked him if they were closing early and it caught him off guard. He was stunned by the questionbecause I think he knew that I had figured out their game. According to him, they don't have any fish right now. Though, Ihave to wonder if that's really the story. I ran into a former employee of that location the same night at another restaurant,and she said that sometimes they have items in but they just don't want to cook them. I think this is more likely the case. Ionly gave them an additional star, resulting in three stars, because I ordered a small fry and the fries were fresh and hot. Toobad they didn't bother to give me the fish that I asked for. Read more
Overall it was ok ...fries too old ,not freshly cooked, service was unacceptable they did not have coins and shorten my change... back..although it wasn't much I feel this is a millions of dollars franchise and shortening a customer's change back isridiculous. The company is definitely profiting off not giving the customer their change back. Littles adds to lots.. Besidesthe fact that I felt so e type of way about homeless people walking to my car and begging for money was very uneasy... Read more
The drive-through was closed for a shift exchange for 30 minutes,They were rude and had ugly attitudes. when we finally got a... chance to order they were only taking one order per car so we had to order all our food together on 1 ticket, After wediscovered They couldn't give us any change back so we lost money. If it wasn't for my mom really wanting Rallys, I would havenever went there in the 1st place, definitely wouldn't have stayed for the BS Show. I rate it 2 thumbs down. - 0 stars Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION Horrible experience! Someone who stated he was the manager at 1:30a was very disrespectful,... rude,impatient,improfessional, stated that my friend and I were drunk or high because we were laughing for less than 20 secondssaid he was ready to go home, they were closed 30min before time stated in building and just checked out someone before i loverallys food but this service he acted as if he owned the place and knew no type of enforcement would take place for hisbehavior. I drove 10 min to get to the establishment instead of spending money and getting to eat after a long day just to beaddressed so disrespectful is astounding. Being in customer service 15years this was unexceptable and couldn't be firstcomplaint. I have pictures and videos of him saying all of this im super offended I came directly home and had to let every oneknow how this company allow there employees to treat customers hopefully not without repercussions suspect ???? Took way too long in the drive thru. Almost 10 minutes. I had to back up and let the two cars in front of me leave. Other than... that the burgers are awesome. And you can't beat their fries. Best around. Read more
