I went to my food. Ask for two spicy chicken sandwich without pickles and the lady preceded to tell that I couldn't have my food... the way I wanted because the sandwich was already made up with pickles. How ridiculous is that. I am allergic to pickles. Baddecision on there part. I won't be coming back to this location. They don't have it together. Read more
If I could give this a zero star I would. Ordered a big order and brought it home to our company only to find we were missing 10... pieces of the chicken. Left to go back up with the receipt and was told I had to go back and get all the food and bring it back so they could see it. We had told our company to go ahead and start eating. We had to call them and have them bag all ofthe food back up. When we bought it back we told them we just wanted our money back, after an argument and a phone call toanother manager I was told o would have to come back the next day for a refund. Hopefully I get it. I was told they could nottake the food back so I threw it in there trash can. All employees were rude and one even used the f word when talking to me. Either they don't answer the speaker or you get really rude people. We got scolded once for placing an order for 7 chicken... sandwiches a while back. This time we sat at the speaker for 10 minutes with a line behind us with no answer, not even a "onesecond" or acknowledgment. We even tried to get someone attention at some point and didn't get a response. Not worth it. I willliterally drive to butler Hill before going here. Read more

I would give a zero star if possible? Everyone is always on break. It?s damn near impossible to get service anytime after 6. You... are almost guaranteed to be missing an item or having an item messed up. And the attitude that you get as a paying customer isabsolutely disgusting? I honestly believe that you would have to try to be this bad at a job. I don?t know what it takes, but Ifind it very strange that Chick-fil-A somehow has every decent worker. My recommendation is better management and pay theworkers more so that you can get better quality output.
