HIGHLY recommend against this restaurant. You can try calling all you want but during certain times they have the phones... switched off. I placed an order for Al on 11/10/22 at 6:41 PM for a Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal. I sent it in throughDoorDash and they sent me everything completely wrong. Mind you I have two children and so the least I expected was to have itreplaced. NOPE. They REFUSED to replace it and said there is nothing they can do. Should have read the reviews before coming here. Took 15 minutes just to order and I've been waiting 20 minutes for one chicken... tenders combo meal. Could have gone home and cooked them myself. First, waited in line for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. Second, as I was ordering my food along with a drink... they tell me they do not have drinks. Third, when I got home with my food: the Mac and cheese was watered down and had no taste,the mash potatoes were dry, no flavor and the chicken was so crunchy to the point it was over cooked. I pretty much threw thesides away and peeled back the crust to eat just the meat. I stopped coming to Popeyes, because the quality of the food wentdown.
