Great food! POORLY MANAGED. The dining room is ALWAYS closed. ???? Meaning if you want to eat here you must go through the... drive thru. After waiting 15 minutes to just to get to order ...they tell you it will be about a 20 minute wait before yourorder will be ready. Fast food? When you finally get to the window..they tell you 7 more minutes, can you pull ahead ..Carafter car pulls out of line. If i were the franchise owner i would be really upset on how many people that i see leave here,before they even get the chance to order. Money that this franchise owner misses out on. Maybe they dont even care.??????? Ihave seen this literally any time I've tried to buy food from here. Avoid this place, unless you have a solid 20-40 minutes ofyour life to invest. Read more
Food is great but the service is horrible! Took over 30 mins to get chicken nuggets.... and then we didn't receive our cajun... fries or our sauces or straws. Read more
This place is terrible. Dining room is always closed when they're short on employees. Hire more mature people instead of young... kids horse playing and talking behind the counter. Managers are unfriendly and unprofessional. A few of them have very badattitudes and snotty. The area manager really need to retrain these employees. Drive thru is terrible also. People arewaiting on food 20-45 minutes, then they screw up orders. Never apologize or say thank you to customers. This restaurant hasfallen off in the last 18 months. Food was just ok since not hot, just warm. Did a mobile order and doors were locked with at least 15 cars in the drive-through.... Had to keep calling before someone answered the phone to bring out the order. Read more
