Ordered from this location on 11/29/22 at 6:15am, online for in cafe pick up, got to location at 6:28am to pick up and door was... locked and no one inside. Called around 7am to see if I could get a refund and no answer, came back by location 7:30am and theywere just opening for the day. Asked about my order and all they said was they canceled any order that came in before theyopened. Called this evening to see if it was canceled and the ?manager? said she couldn?t look up my order and to call the nextday. My questions?is why is your online order system working if no one is even there to make it, and why did I get an emailsaying my order was ready 10 mins after I placed it, when again no one was there to make it? Consistently getting bad service, less food, stale food, etc at Thai location. Soups undefined, dozen bagels rock hard and just... thrown in the brown bag without even being put in the plastic bag, pick up not ready, etc WILL FOR SURE NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION Read more

I love Breadco, when I was working I went very frequently, now not as often. The food and the atmosphere were great as always.... The thing that concerned me was the young man taking orders. He was either sleepy, or otherwise unattentive for some reason. Hekept messing orders up, even after telling him my order I still didn't get exactly what I ordered. Read more

The staff is super friendly and always welcoming! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They accidently forgot... one of my side baguettes, when I mentioned this they apologized and even gave my daughter a cookie! Read more

The website is hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Growing tired of the inconsistency with Panera. Tried to... call no one picks up. If this company cannot offer consistent delivery or pick up options then get rid of it. Read more

They burned 4 bagels trying to get us two. The two we got were terrible. One burned, one not toasted. While waiting for the... bagel, a gentleman asked if he could help us. Stated another person was. So he blatantly told us, then get out of the way so Ican help someone else. Okay. Read more
