Walked over from my hotel. All doors are closed... No signs saying dine-in is not an option. I called and they said it was... open inside. I told whoever picked up all 3 doors on the side were closed. Then the person stated that he doesn't run theshots and that it looks like the manager closed all the doors for no reason and then said I couldnt come back to eat inside bcthey were understaffed. Whole staff is RUDE!! I handed the young girl my payment and said thank you then she just shut the door on me then when I went... to the next window a girl handed me my food without my drink slammed the door I honked a young man comes to the window hands memy drink I try to say thank you again and he slams the window on me too. I ordered Doordash. The order arrived on time. The dasher did fine. The soda and the burgers were good. But the 20pc nugget and... the Mcchicken were VERY old. Rubbery and gross. Doordash of course offers me 1 dollar. I call the store, and the manager doesnot sound happy to even be on the phone. I tell him politely about the issue. He starts off by saying ?well this is why youdon?t order doordash?. Excuse me? The store is 4 minutes away. My cousins are here. We didn?t order fries. Half my family didn?thave food when we planned to. Then he says for a refund or replacement I have to bring him the food. I just ordered delivery!!!!I?m not going back to the store and waiting in the drive thru bc they locked the lobby at 5!!!!! This McDonalds has always hadissues. I want to start out saying that the employees here seem to be working hard, but every single time I go, they seem tohave about half the amount of workers as any other Mcdonalds. It looks like a Franchise owner over working them. So I willnever go to this store. I won?t drive for them on Doordash and I won?t order for them. It was unlucky that doordash sometimesmakes you order from them. I?m giving it one star bc sometimes the workers work hard and less than half my order was good. Themanagement here does not care. This manager argued with me over the phone about food that was bad that they sent me. I willavoid the Westport Plaza McD at any cost. They are in a bad location, they do not have the sales to maintain staffing, andtherefore their quality is consistently some of the lowest I?ve ever seen. If sweet tea is on the menu AND I asked if it was sweet tea before you handed to me and you say "yes", I figured you got it... correct.. Dont expect them to get it right. My friend and I came here for lunch today, and we did our order on the mobile app. We waited inside for our order the employees... saw us sitting there waiting as well. We waited for about 20 minutes and one of the employees asked ?are you guys ordering onthe app? and my friend replied ?yes we did both our orders on the app? and he said ?okay? so we figured he understood us. Wellthen we waited and mine came out but my friends order never did so she went up to the ordering station and they told her ?theydidn?t see it on the screen therefore they weren?t going to give her her order? my friend had already paid $17 for her order andit came out of her bank account as well so it was all processed we had proof and they still weren?t going to give her her order.And the employees kept saying ?I will get in trouble if I give you this food since I don?t see it on my screen? 45 minutes hadgone by by then, long story short the bag was sitting on their counter the whole time and no one looked at it they kept walkingpassed it. Once they figured out that that was hers the previous employee that was helping us still continued to say ?it?s noton the screen this isn?t her order? needless to say the management is horrible and it?s sad our fast food industry has come intothe hands of young adults who don?t know anything and shouldn?t be in customer service.
