This Subaru location is friendly, fast, and efficient. They've serviced my vehicle multiple times and have always done a great... job. In my opinion, they have fair prices and will be honest about your cars' needs. I travel for work, so I'm on the roadquite a bit. Following the factory recommended maintenance schedule has kept my car still running like new. That's also thanksto the great Subaru service centers that I have visited all across the country and the awesome people involved with my car'scare. I will definitely keep visiting them in the future for maintenance on my high mileage Outback. Read more

We had an overall 5 star experience purchasing our used van from Lou Fusz Subaru. We wanted to shop local for this large... purchase and Paul Lucero, Dan and the Bryan managers were kind and helpful. Paul even delivered it to us when we couldn?t get ababysitter. 3 weeks later we had to bring it back for an rear suspension issue repair and the service department (Matt) werehelpful and kind. Thank you also to the rental office lady who helped me transfer kid car seats to our loaner vehicle! All inall, kind courteous in-person service. Read more

Garbage service. Spent $1700+ on service for my Subaru. Brought it in at 9- was told 5 hours. Told me they?d call me before... lunch to let me know if it would take longer. I had to call them at 1:30 to ask after my car. They tell me it?ll be done by 5probably, but they?ll call to let me know. They call at 5:30 to say it?s ready and to come pick up. I drive across town intraffic, and get there at 6:10. Nobody is at the service counter. I?m informed that the center closes at 6, and nobody botheredto stick around for 10 minutes even though they knew I was on my way. Ended up having to wait around while the salesmen calledsomeone back with access to the keys. Should have known not to come back when last service they didn?t replace my windshieldfluid despite paying for a full service and fluid check. Do yourself a favor- spend money elsewhere. Read more

Can?t say enough good things about the service side of this business - ran into a huge transmission issue on a cross country... road trip and am so glad I was just outside St. Louis when it happened and found Lou Fusz Subaru. When I called, Nickimmediately got me scheduled for service the next day, and helped check me in when I got there. Matt made sure my reactive pupand I were comfortable when we had to wait, and Brian and his team completed a complex repair quickly and had us out and on ourway within a half day. Rodents had chewed the wiring harness and hoses in my Subaru Forester. Nick Davis, another technician, and the parts guy... developed a cost effective plan to get the parts and repair the damage as soon as possible. In the meantime, they determinedthat I could drive my car safely because the basic steering, braking, and throttle were ok, just some optional features were notworking.
