By far the worst service I have ever seen of any restaurant in my entire life. I placed a pick-up order online the order said it... was ready at the counter for pick-up. There was a large line and none of the staff were assisting customers. Also while waitingin line a child dropped a $5 bill on the floor and an employee stole the money from a six year old child. The father wasobviously livid if you could imagine and demanded that the $5 be returned but the employee refused. During this time most of thestaff yelled "we are going outside to smoke" and they all left the building. The counter was left with no one at it. Customerswere demanding assistance to the point they began serving themselves since none of the employees were present and when theywere, they weren't doing their job. This is not even half of what I witnessed in the 30 minutes of waiting for this pick-uporder. I read everyone else's review for this location and it seems like you guys had similar experiences. If I were to make asuggestion if you guys had a similar experience visit Little Caesars website and write a corporate review for this location. Iwork in the restaurant industry and corporate reviews go directly to management and the franchise owners. If you read my reviewI'd honestly avoid this location. Read more

I think this is the only one on the Southside and they get slammed with lots of business and mean customers. Y'all are trying. ... But the lead guy shouldn't sag his skinny jeans. Yeah. It's a casual place, but it's still a place of business. Have pride inthat. Read more

The one closest appears to have closed - surprising, because even poorly run it was usually busy - so I drove a little further... to this one. It was swamped. The clerk told me before I ordered it would be a half-hour wait. The staff was overwhelmed, butkept working and stayed polite. The food quality did not appear to suffer. They didn't exactly look to me like they wererushing, but slow and steady sometimes does win the race. Read more

Last chance for Little Caesars at Loughborough & 55. Second weekend in a row that my order was incorrect. I submitted feedback... for last weeks visit on the LC website and never heard anything, so we?ll see if this has a different outcome, since I submittedmy feedback there again. I received my pizza and the amount of cheese on the pizza made it inedible. Keep in mind I did notorder with extra cheese. The crust was pretty cooked and crisp, but the amount of cheese on this pizza prevented layers ofcheese shreds from melting. Unacceptable. I returned to the location, was harassed outside of the store by some teenagers whowere loitering. They followed me into the store, publicly embarrassed me in front of staff and other customers. The manager onduty seemed to laugh it off and did tell them to leave me alone, then was speaking to the other cashier in a way that made mebelieve they knew the teens. One of the kids came inside, proceeded to walk into the kitchen, while giving someone the middlefinger as he proceeded to the back. First of all, I would like to note that the manager on duty was very kind, he just wasn?table to give me a resolution, which I thought was absolutely insane. Time to give your staff the tools they need to be able tohelp your customers. I told the manager that the pizza just had entirely too much cheese on it. He said, ?personal preference, Iget it. We can remake it but we?re pretty busy right now.? So? too busy to remake it? I asked for a refund. He seemed stumped bythis one because there were multiple items in the order. I told him just to refund it all and I?d repay for the crazy bread. Heseemed to think that was a great solution until he realized I ordered online. He said he was unable to refund me because I didthe online order and the systems are not the same. Seems ridiculous to me, but who am I to question it. His suggestion was forme to call corporate and let them send me my money back. Well, corporate is closed at this time on Read more

I can't really blame them. I ordered my pizza walked in and ordered, it was before 5:00pm. They got to me fast as possible but... the problem with the location is not enough staff to keep up with the damns. Between online orders and walks. Pizza was goodand the bread sticks were good too. Bread sticks could have cooked a little longer no complaints. Just always busy but notenough staff in the store. Read more

Be ready to fight tooth and claw to get your food here. They take your money, pizza is never ready, so you gotta stand aside and... hope they remember you while other customers come in after. Gotta remind the employees a couple times that you had paid and arewaiting. When you finally get your food after one of the guys standing around finally remembers they still haven't gotten youtheir pizza, double check to make sure they gave you what you ordered. Two stars for the pizza that I actually ordered tastinggood. Read more
