We went on a Sunday. It was myself and two 12 year old girls. All they have is family style all day on Sunday even though it... says “dinner” it’s around $23 per person and $3 per soda. They didn’t ask us a single time if we wanted refills on anyof the food, only sodas for the girls. My daughter asked if we could box food up since we never even got a single refill andthey said we would be charged extra. I spent just over $100 for two pieces of chicken and a dollop of mashed potatoes. The roastbeef and green beans were AWFUL. Would not recommend on a Sunday. Another fun encounter was when we were walking around upstairsas we were invited to do and the 12 year old girls heard the person cleaning the rooms that she didn’t remember an evenbecause she was “wasted” Read more

Fabulous venue! Historic, spooky, and wonderful staff. Patty was great with guiding the wedding flow to providing food and... bartenders. I highly recommend Lemp Mansion. We had Toasted Ravioli and Crab Rangoon for appetizers. We had Pork Steaks,Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Rolls, and Strawberry Spinach Salad for dinner. Rehearsal we had Pork Loin, Beef &Vegetables, Red Potatoes, Rolls, and Strawberry Spinach Salad. Read more

We held our wedding ceremony and reception on the patio and gazebo in late August and it was a perfect day! The space is... historic and beautiful, practically decorating itself with the surrounding garden and potted plants that are so well maintained. We worked with Patty throughout our planning process and she was fantastic. Her wedding hosting experience was obvious and shemade us feel very comfortable as she answered all of our questions over many months and communicated with our vendors withoutissue, even remembering details on the day that we had forgotten. She was really willing to work with us to host the type ofwedding that we wanted, and we loved how everything turned out. We were looking for a "one stop shop" experience that would beable to set up, host, provide food and beverage, and then cleanup with little contribution on our part, and Lemp made thathappen seamlessly! One of our biggest concerns was hosting an outdoor wedding at the end of August in St. Louis. However, themajority of the area is covered and there are plenty of fans keeping the air moving, so even with temperatures in the upper 80sit was a very comfortable evening! The staff was wonderful and very attentive, and the food and drinks were great and asexpected from our tasting. The Lemp Mansion patio and gazebo really felt like "us" when we were searching for venues, and weare so happy with our decision to have our wedding and reception here. Thank you to Patty and her team for helping us host sucha beautiful and memorable evening! Read more

My wife bought two tickets for the tour. We were doing something fun to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The tour was awesome.... Big beautiful house/restaurant/hotel. Very friendly atmosphere and the wine was perfect . I had to buy a bottle, lol ;). Ididn't try the food though. But I've heard conversations about how good the food was. We had fun. Highly recommend "The LempMansion." Read more

Amazing building! Loved chatting with the lady in the gift shop about the history of the Lemp Mansion/Brewery and of St Louis.... The Sunday dinner was amazing! It was so much food to list but bring your appetite! Can't wait to go back! Read more

We would never stay at the Lemp Mansion again. Not because of ghosts, (we didn’t see any) but because of the inconvenience.... After the manager let us in the front door and showed us around, he informed us we wouldn’t be using that door for anymore ofour stay. The only way in and out was a spiral staircase at the back of the house. We actually limited our trips in and outbecause the staircase seemed so dangerous. Thank goodness we had planned ahead, put what we needed in small bags and left ourbig suitcases in the car. We had to carry our things out that way. We never saw anyone again during our stay. Also, the icemaker is on the 3rd floor. There were several burned out lights in our bathroom so I had to take out contacts and shower in verydim light. If you’re staying there because it’s supposedly haunted, ok. If you want even a basically comfortable stay, thisis not the place. Read more

Dinner was absolutely amazing. I'm vegetarian and wasn't sure if I would be able to eat but there were several vegetarian... options for sides. We had some of the nicest most attentive wait staff I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Themuseum/gift shop attendant was very knowledgeable, I wish there were more varied items available. My only real complaint is thetour guide was very rude. Read more
