What a Fabulous black owned restaurant with Good Chinese Food. My family and I will be back!.. Fried rice was Excellent, Noodles... were Perfect, Crab Rangoon was cooked to Perfection and in the Hospitality area this Family of Greatness gets, 5 ???? stars aswell. AAAAAAmazing! That?s the best way to put it. I was in a serious situation- a wedding with everything but food for the... reception(previous caterer canceled). The owners stepped right in & took care of my client without hesitation. From price, tofood, to how the wedding day went, Lefty's Fried Rice was just amazing. Chan was my contact and it went on without a hitch.Everybody raved about the food. It was more than what I pictured when I thought of this 48 hour request from the caterers. Theyput down tablecloths, light room decor along with a bottle of wine for the bride & groom. Thank you so much for everything,Lefty's!! Visiting from the Twin Cities, this place is awesome. The people working there are all super friendly and the place has a... low-key vibe that I really like. For food, we tried out the fried rice and some St. Paul sandwiches. The fried rice was isexcellent, super flavorful and rich. The St. Pauls we're the first we've ever had, we don't have them up in St. Paul, MN, but,man, I wish we did. That's an awesome sandwich, the flavor combo from all the ingredients is nuts. Y'all are lucky to have thisin town, I can tell this is going to be one of those places I think about fondly and miss when we head back home. Read more
The St. Paul's are humongous!!! Don't order a big one unless your appetite is huge! The small one looks like a white barn... burger! I didn't care for the rice. It seems to rely on soy sauce alone for flavor and color. It was quite salty to me. Ienjoyed the spring rolls and crab Rangoon. They are black owned, the place looks nice, it's clean, the employees seem to like itthere and get along well, they give you a lot of sauce packets without having to beg and without having to pay! This restaurant was absolutely ????! From kind customer service to clean establishment (unisex bathroom was surprisingly really... clean as well) to delectable food. The lady (I think was the owner) was working her butt off, gracefully. She carried herselfprofessionally and provided great customer service all the while having to train, run the front, and help in the back. It was apretty busy time but didn't seem like any longer of a wait than any other chinese restaurant. The Hot Braised Cauliflower blewmy mind how good it was! I bought some more to take to go. I'll be back to buy some sauce lbs. We dined in so we got to vibe onsome good music too???? Love it!! Read more
Been here a few time when visiting. A hidden gem only found out about due to Facebook. That staff was very friendly. The food... was delicious and fresh. Had a small area to eat outside. It was very clean and had shade. The staff did come out to check on usand asked if we enjoyed the food. I will be back for sure. Read more
It's black owned! Ppl were nice, the food was excellent. Heavily seasoned rice and St Paul. I liked the vibe, they had a... board to place business cards, most were also black owned. Call ahead or place order online, I ordered at the counter at 3pmon a Friday and it was a 50 minute wait. Worth it though Read more
