1. Original Glazer at 6:30am rock hard and obviously stale 2. Charges me for holiday special mini 16 count and they give me... regular mini assorted without even letting me know that they put out until I go home and then realize and come back 3. Donutshad fatty aftertaste, I assume the oil is old and not changed or an issue with the dough but apparent aftertaste of fat 4. Thislocation often has their systems down, speaker not working and have to pull to the window to order as was the case this morning,only taking cash, etc NOT GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR SURE! After having a late night craving for Something deliciously sweet, I stopped by this store around 8 p.m . After already knowing... what we wanted, we didn?t hesitate to order. Order placed, rolled up to the window, cashier acted funny and said system wentdown immediately as we pulled up. But they?re was people inside already . Unfortunately, the customer service and the experienceat this location in general justifies my ? 1 star rating? Read more
Was there at 830am. They had not made any of their fall seasonal favorites yet. Said would be an hour before ready. Donut shop... just serving their donuts at 930? I think they need to start before 6am making donuts. Read more
Haven't had these donuts in years. They were warm and pure perfection! I didn't even care that icing was smeared all over the... box and got all over my cars seat smh lol any other business would have lost a star for that???????????? Read more
Worst Krispy Kreme store ever we went there on a Sunday at 530 and wanted to get 2 dozen donuts and the cashier with a smirk on... his face points to a display case that had about 5 strawberry donuts and mabey a dozen mini glazed ones and a couple big glazedones they had at least 7 people standing around doing what I don't know not making donuts tho this is the 3rd time I have had todrive to Fenton to get donuts because they are ALWAYS OUT no matter what time of day it is. Always excellent donuts and you get a free classic glazed donut when you go inside to purchase your donuts which I highly... recommend the drive-through is always wrapped around the building but service is quick and efficient on the inside. Read more
We went to get the free July 4th donut. The strawberry donut I got had no filling. I went back through the drive thru to ask... about it, and the lady looked at another one that must not have had filling, then she handed me a donut out the window uncovered(very unsanitary). When I looked at it, it didn't have filling either, and she told me it did. We were disappointed. We boughttwo donuts, along with getting the two free. They charged $2.12 for each of the other donuts. Also, the icing on top did notlook like the one's shown in advertising. The cookies on top donut was good. That was the only highlight. Not only is this the best place for donuts ???? they actually are always perfect looking. They look just like the pictures and... ads. Unlike OTHER places you go to you ask for the holiday donuts and suddenly you open the box and it looks like they?ve beensat on. Then most importantly they are so sweet. They really are the nicest people every time I come. They give the kids hatsand make it fun for us just the few mins we are at the drive thru. Love them. Read more
