The Best Manager ever. We went in for donuts and sign said free dozen today. Asked the Mgr and she simply said free if you do... our survey would you like me to fill that out on your phone for you? How awesome was that as I'm the worst challengedtechie. She so kindly filled it out and received my free dozen. What great customer service and a joy she was to help us pickout their best Holloween donut picks!!!! She deserves a big raise!!!! Read more
Donuts still the same sweet as hell .. A friend ordered a dozen and half...Got to the window and the young lady gave us the... order and it was kind of light for a dozen and half. So I asked is all of the order and she says yes ..I asked how much. Shedidn't know. Opened box only a half dozen was in the box. We waiting on Management now to come. I looked at the young lady andshe was about to cry. I this has got to be your first day and she said yes...I told her don't cry . You'll get the hang of it. Isaid so that Management could hear. Donuts smelled so good although they were just about out of everything. So remember the longer you snooze the slimmer your... options are of getting the variety of what you like. The donuts I bought were fresh and very good. The problem was they had no coffee. I asked ???? long would it be to make some... more and the clerk said the machine had been broken for two months!! Also, I ordered two donuts and they gave me one. I had todrive back to get the other one. I ordered 3 regular donuts and they were terrible they tasted like old grease was used to cookthem. If traffic wasn't so bad, I would have taken them back. I will not be going back. Read more
Definitely gave me day old donuts. The day of Krispy Kreme donuts are always soft and melt in your mouth, even after hours. But... the next day they get a little dry and the glaze becomes flaky and dull. I bit into one from my dozen that was supposed to befresh, and was met with dryness Read more
